Birth Doula

• Services:

  • Free first consultation! See if we are a match over coffee or at a cafe and get to know each other better, before making any obligations.

  • Prenatal support throughout pregnancy via text, phone, and three in person visits.

  • 24/7 on call services two weeks before your due date until you deliver your baby.

  • Two postpartum visits to check in and offer any additional support that might be needed.

• Fees for Services:

  • Total fees for birth doula services and retainer fee is $3,000

  • There is a $1,000 retainer fee for services to be on call that is due when the contract is signed.

  • Payment plans can be arranged if needed, please inquire.

  • A super bill will be provided for services rendered for clients to submit to insurances for reimbursement.

Postpartum Doula

• Daytime Services:

  • Flexible hours depending on what you need

  • Providing relief for new parents by assisting with transitioning into the new roles and educating on:

    • Feeding, soothing techniques, swaddling, diaper changing, and bathing

  • Breast feeding or pumping support

  • Educating on Postpartum depression and what to look out for

  • Providing active listening and encouragement to new parents

• Overnight Services:

  • Minimum of 8 hours per shift

  • Caring for baby throughout the night including:

    • Diaper changes, feedings, and soothing techniques

  • Gives parents relief knowing they can sleep while their baby is cared for
